Their product is carried in over 1,000 stores so chances are pretty good you’ve seen their stuff in person. Gay and I chat about a lot of great stuff but we particularly focus in on how to build a team and especially how to build the right team. We talk about how to grow from a one person company to a fully-fledged business and the importance of preparing your brand for scalability.
